Voices In My Head

So, as I'm bustling* around this morning, picking up for the cleaning ladies, something about my pace sets up a sort of Marine chant in my head, and the longer I go, the more I start to get the words going in my head. By the time I changed the sheets on the Pony's bed, I've got actual words running in my brain.

And it goes EXACTLY like this:

We are smart and we are sweet
We're the girls who can't be beat.
We laugh loud and we laugh gaily
We remember to floss daily.
We work smart and we work hard
They'll hire us at Scotland Yard.

At least the voices are benign.

*And isn't that just the best word? Yes-it DOES mean that I was dressed up in my 1893 house dress, with the bustle in the back.
