Getting ready to leave on Our Big Adventure, so I decided to stop mail and newspaper a few days ahead of our departure. This is because last month we stopped mail and paper only to return after four or five days to find all our mail in the mailbox, and all the newspapers on the porch.
So, I thought maybe a little more lead time might be more successful. Plus, I discovered both the USPS and the local paper have temporary stops available through the internet. So now, we have the advantage of not having to leave home in order to not stop our mail and paper!
Boy, these newfangled things sure are timesavers.
