It's the Dread Pirate Captain Bermondsey, and his First Mate, Pegleg Nutty. They are plotting their next nefarious mission, seeking to find kibble, fresh hay, and carrot and apple slices. I think Captain Bermondsey is whispering the secret coordinates of the treasure hoard to First Mate Nutty.
